We are in beautiful southwestern New Mexico in historic Deming and welcome all travelers to our family-friendly resort! Our amenities include 50+ cable channels, high-speed Wi-Fi, a well-lit dog park, a playground for the kids, 24/7 shower facilities, and a large laundry facility. We are one of the premier RV resorts in the state. You are sure to feel right at home!
Our new renovated clubhouse is available for your use and features a billiards room and a library. Come and enjoy a wonderful time with your family exploring the area and enjoying the facilities available.
We are New Mexico Safe Certified (trained in Covid-safe practices), and our resort is now open 100%. Your safety and comfort are always a high priority for us, and we’re the top-rated Good Sam park in a 60-mile radius.
We understand the costs of extensive travel, and we also know that many travelers need to limit their time away with the prices today. That’s why we offer weekly and monthly rates in addition to nightly rates.
You can rest assured that all your needs will be met with us. We are committed to excellence and ensure that you have the best experience possible at every visit.
Our Rates
The standard Rate is $37.00 nightly plus lodging and tax, $4.90 = $41.90. We offer a 10% Good Sam, AAA, or Military Discount at $33.30 nightly plus taxes.
Weekly Rate with Good Sam is 5 nights at the Good Sam rate plus 2 nights FREE.
Monthly Rate is $375 + Electric.
